1.
How big is your team?
Small, deliberately. There's a core crew of strategists, designers, writers, and directors who work on every project. We don't scale up with freelancers to win pitches and then hand you off to someone you've never met. What you see is what you get.
2.
What kind of clients do you work with?
Startups who are figuring out who they are, and established brands who've forgotten. We've worked across fashion, tech, food, culture, and finance. The industry matters less than the problem — if it's interesting and the client is serious, we're in.
3.
How long does a project take?
Depends on the scope. A brand identity runs six to ten weeks. A campaign can be faster. We don't rush work to hit an arbitrary deadline, and we don't drag things out either. We'll give you a honest timeline at the start and stick to it.
4.
Do you take on small projects?
Sometimes. If the work is right and the fit is there, size isn't the deciding factor. Reach out and tell us what you're working on — the worst we can say is it's not for us right now.
5.
What does the process actually look like?
Three stages: we dig into the problem, we make the work, we get it out into the world. Every stage involves you — not just a kickoff call and a final reveal. We don't believe in big surprises at the end of a project.

How do we get started?
Drop us a message and tell us what you're working on. No forms, no RFP templates, no lengthy questionnaires. Just tell us the problem and we'll take it from there.
